"At Estée Lauder Companies Nordic, we always try to be at the forefront of technological advancement and innovation in the beauty industry. Our latest initiative has been to embrace Generative AI, which has been realized in collaboration with the consultancy Qeep/ENGAGE. Qeep's approach was closely aligned with our specific needs and corporate culture, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation process. It is unusual to see such a rapid and enthusiastic integration of new technology in an organization like ours, but with Qeep's simple way of communicating complex topics, based on real business cases, we have experienced a remarkably fast adoption among our employees.
