Don’t wait for the Co-Pilot 365-night train…..

Today is the day - Nov 1st and global launch of the highly acclaimed Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot. However, the minimum seat requirement to qualify for purchase stated by MS for Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot is 300 licenses, which means that only 1% of all companies in Denmark qualifies.

But do not despair ! There is so much power in using the other Generative AI solutions out there - and they are ready for it – are you?

Below we have made a quick inspirational run down of what Microsoft 365 tasks you easily can fix with e.g. ChatGPT (and no, we are not sponsored, just fans – and many tasks can also be solved in Bing Chat or even Bard)

1.Document Drafting and Editing:

ChatGPT: You use it to draft, edit, or summarize documents, and to generate ideas or content based on chat dialogue/prompts. So, like 365 functionalities in Word and OneNote.

2. Email Management:

ChatGPT: While it may not be directly integrated into an email client like Outlook, you use it to draft or summarize emails, and get suggestions on improving the tone or clarity of your messages. You can also feed it an email and ask it to suggest an reply (don’t share privileged info)

3. Data Analysis:

ChatGPT+: With its advanced data analysis capabilities, you process Excel files and analyse data – simply chat your way to the result/graph or angle until you get, what you need. And when done, ask it to make a PowerPoint with the main points… (don’t share privileged info)

4. Voice Interactions:

ChatGPT+: Recently introduced voice features allow for voice conversations, narration, and other voice-activated interactions, which could be leveraged for accessibility or hands-free operation. Great mobile usage.

5. Image Analysis and Image Creation:

ChatGPT+: The new image capabilities allow for image analysis and creation – it is called “text to image” because that is how easy it is to create great new images, which you can use directly in your Power Point presentation, blog, post etc etc.

6. Web Browsing:

ChatGPT+: With the browsing feature, you can look up information real time on the web, which could be used to gather external data or information to assist with various tasks.

7. Meeting summaries and actions

ChatGPT: upload your transcripts from Teams, Zoom and similar meetings. Ask it to summarise and point out who are responsible for what actions.

In summary – don’t wait for the night train – jump on the usage of Generative AI – now.
